Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship all US orders using USPS by First Class or Priority Mail or UPS. 

Economy shipping is free for all orders within the US.

Tracking details are provided through the same email address used on the order.

First Class packages take approx 3-5 business days to be delivered depending on your location.

Priority Mail packages take about 1-3 business days depending on your location.

UPS packages take between 1 and 5 business days depending on location and service.

* Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, transit delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers are outside of our control. We will assist customers in locating delayed shipments and resolving lost-package claims.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders using either USPS or DHL.

USPS Delivery Times:
First Class International - approximately 7-21 business days
Priority Mail International - approximately 6-10 business days
Priority Mail Express International - approximately 3-5 business days

DHL Delivery Time:
approximately 2-5 business days
