We are here to help!

We have a 30-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. If your return is not received 30 days after approval, your exchange/return will be cancelled.

Purchases made during our Black Friday Sale have an extended return window. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. If your return is not received 60 days after approval, your exchange/return will be cancelled.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear or pet hair, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the  items are received in not new condition, your exchange/refund will be denied and the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges in the US are free. International exchanges must be covered by the customer. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@vivelocigirl.com. Please include your order number. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, Viveloci will only cover shipping for one size exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Return for Store Credit

To start a return, please contact us at info@vivelocigirl.com. Please include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for all shipping charges. If you'd like a store credit, it will be issued to you by email upon receipt and inspection of your new unused item.  There is no processing fee when returning for store credit.

Refunds

To start a return, please contact us at info@vivelocigirl.com. Please include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for all shipping charges. There is a 10% return processing fee for all merchandise returned and refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on neck gaiters or balaclavas, promo, limited edition, sale or clearance items.
